Where does APEX work?
APEX is based in Al Wizarat, Riyadh, and delivers offices, showrooms, clinics, cafés and villas across Riyadh. For projects outside Riyadh, contact us to review the scope.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free: we review your needs, the site or drawings, and suggest the right scope before any commitment.
Is APEX a registered contractor?
Yes. Nuqtat Al-Qimma Contracting Est. (APEX) is registered with the Saudi Contractors Authority, certificate 2065206567 valid until 24/07/2027, and is a member of the Riyadh Chamber (992109).
Can I order design only or execution only?
Yes. You can order interior design only, execution of an existing design, or design and build through to handover. We agree the scope in the first consultation.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the project type, size and location via WhatsApp or call +966 59 506 1047. We arrange a site visit, then send an itemised quote.
Interior Design
Do you provide a 3D design?
Yes. We turn the agreed ideas into a 3D design together with execution drawings and furniture.
Do you also build the design?
Yes. Experienced engineers supervise the execution, and after checking the result against the design we hand over with warranties.
Do you design offices, villas and showrooms?
Yes. We design administrative offices, residential villas and commercial projects such as showrooms, shops, clinics and cafés in Riyadh.

Structural Shell Construction
What does the structural shell service include?
Excavation and site preparation, footings and foundations, rebar, formwork and concrete, columns, beams and slabs, walls, the water and septic tanks per scope, waterproofing, and preparing the building for finishing.
What should I send to get a quote?
The engineering and structural drawings, the project location and type, and any extra requirements. The APEX team reviews them and sends a clear quote based on your scope.
Is engineering supervision included?
Under the current offer, you get free engineering supervision from a certified office when you contract APEX for the shell works.
What happens after the shell is complete?
The building is ready for finishing, and APEX can continue with finishing, decor and furnishing through to a turnkey handover.
Furnishing, Decor and Finishing
What does turnkey handover mean?
We hand over the space fully equipped: architectural finishing, decor and cladding, furniture, curtains, rugs and accessories, ready to use.
Do you supply office and home furniture?
Yes. We supply and install office or home furniture, fixed and loose, with curtains, rugs and accessories.
Do you do exterior finishing?
Yes. We deliver interior and exterior finishing with premium finishes and high-quality materials.
Can you finish a building right after the shell?
Yes. After the shell we move to architectural finishing and decor, then furnishing, through to a turnkey handover.
